You can join the regular Turkish Bath at any time between 10:00 in the morning and 20:00 in the evening. Regular Turkish Baths have separate sections for women and men. After the bath team gives you your necessary equipment, they take you to the sauna room. Here, you sweat thoroughly and when all the pores in your body are opened, you pass to the place called the Navel Stone, located in the center of the Bath. The Navel Stone section is heated from the bottom with a special system. Around the stone, there are fountains with hot and cold water flowing and the necessary materials for bathing. In this section, the master workers called “Tellak” help to clean all the dead cells in your body by rub (with a coarse bath-glove) your whole body thoroughly. Immediately after, the Foam Massage application is started. This massage removes all dead cells from your body and also makes you feel clean and light. At the end of everything, you can be sure that you will feel more calm and full of energy.
